Next Competition
The 7th Intercollegiate Rocket Engineering Competition will be held in June 2012. The exact dates will be determined by the schedule availability of the earliest teams to apply, so it behooves you to apply early!
Advanced Category for the 7th IREC:
Two teams have already expressed an interest in having the Advanced Category be to launch and recover a rocket with a 10-lb payload closest to 25,000 feet AGL, so pending FAA approval (which we have been able to get in the past), that will be the Advanced Category.
