Director, Launch Operations
The Director of Launch Operations position is responsible for managing and coordinating all ESRA assets specific to the safe and efficient functions with launching the student projects.  This person should have considerable experience running large high power rocket launch events as well as a strong background in High Power Rocketry.  A Level 3 Certification with Tripoli Rocketry Association is required.  This individual will manage and supervise teams in the solids, hybrids, multistage and liquids categories to ensure adequate and qualified staffing is in place.  Responsible for ensuring open and clear communications to all downrange personnel.
