IMPORTANT NOTES:
Please bring your rockets to the High School on Wednesday for display and a group picture.

Please bring your own lunches to the launch site. Lunch will be provided by ESRA to judges and invited guests.
AND BRING WATER TO LAUNCH SITE!!!!!!

All launches will be initially scheduled for Thursday and Friday. If teams miss their launch slot and cannot trade for another slot on one of those days or launch in one of the backup slots, then they will not qualify for the "place" (1st Place, 2nd Place) awards. They will still be allowed to launch on Saturday but will only be eligible for the "non-place" awards (the Furfaro Award for Technical Excellence and the Moore Award for Innovation). The judges will use Saturday to choose the awards.

Sunday is a backup--in 2012 we had to extend the IREC until noon on Sunday due to high winds on Friday and Saturday. You should try to build some flexibility into your travel plans in case we have to extend to Sunday.
