TEAM AND STUDENT FEES (IREC 2016)

First of all we would like to apologize for taking so long. We were trying to work out some deals to try to keep costs down as much as possible. The good news, the team and student fees are less than last year. However, we are no longer covering the first 8 people under the team fee. We decided to do this well before we started restructuring the fees as this would be fairer to the smaller teams who bring less than 8 people. Unfortunately, due to several cost increases the past couple years, the team fee did not drop as much as were hoping. So if you add up this year’s fees for a team of 8, you will notice that it is more than last year’s team fee. We apologize for the inconvenience, but assure you that we have done everything we could to reduce the fees as much as possible without sacrificing your experience or safety at IREC.

*Reminder: Your $100 Entry Deposit Fee goes towards the team fee below, so early team payments are only $350*

Early Payments (Due by April 1st)
Team: $450, Student: $35

On Time Payments (Due by May 6th)
Team: $500, Student: $40

Late Payments (Due when checking in at IREC)
Team: $600, Student: $45

Also, if you are bringing a parent or guest (Not Student)
Launch site fees: $5 per day
Award Banquet: $15
