Dates set for 10th Intercollegiate Rocket Engineering Competition

The 10th Intercollegiate Rocket Engineering Competition (IREC) will be held June 24-27 (with June 28 as a weather backup day), 2015, south of Green River, UT (same location as last year). We may adjust the details of the schedule (presentations vs. launches, etc.) so please stay tuned. We had considered having the IREC during March or April to allow better industry recruiting opportunities, but all the feedback we received from prospective teams indicated that June was much preferred. So June it is! We may also adjust the registration rules to reduce the number of late cancellations, but the general pattern from last year will be followed, with initial applications due by November 15 2014 (late applications will also be accepted but will result in lower points for "deliverables" in the scoring).
